On February 25, 2025, colleagues in the Asian make, move, sell industries gathered to honor three of our outstanding Epicor customers who have led the way in innovation, efficiency, and transformation across the supply chain. These companies use Epicor solutions to enhance and streamline their business operations, resulting in smoother processes, happier customers, and improved results.
Our Innovation Champion, Legend Interiors, is a prime example. As the leading interior fit-out specialist in Asia, this business strives daily to provide high-quality renovation services to help customers across Asia maintain an elevated retail and commercial brand identity.
To better manage operations as their business expanded, Legend Interiors worked with an Epicor partner, KineticSpace, to implement Epicor Kinetic in just nine months, going live in November 2024. Along with Epicor Kinetic deployed in the cloud, Legend Interiors added Epicor Mobile Warehouse, CADLink, and Epicor Financial Planning & Analysis to their solutions mix.
Our Manufacturing Champion, O.E.I Group of Companies, is a premier manufacturer of high-precision metal parts for various industries including automotive, medical devices, machinery, electronics, aerospace, and more. Early on, they saw the value of helping their business progress to keep pace with changes in the modern manufacturing marketplace and their customer base.
Reflecting their forward-looking vision, O.E.I Group chose Epicor and Advanced MES to digitize, future-proof their various manufacturing processes –including CNC machining, stamping, assembly, and more—and drive greater productivity across their business. The project was implemented by Epicor partner, MIB, together with Advanced MES guidance from Greenmoore.
As a pioneering company, O.E.I Group saw this transformation result in measurable results: quicker financial analysis, a 20% savings in purchasing costs, and decreased paper use. Additionally, they are now closer to their goal of establishing cost centers—which in turn translated into a better experience for their customers, always the ultimate success metric.
Our Executive Champion, Tawada Healthcare, had a vision to be the most integrated and reliable healthcare provider in Indonesia. Beginning in 2023, this growing business began their transformation journey. They worked with Epicor and PrismaTech to complete a migration from their on-premises Epicor solution to Epicor Kinetic deployed in the cloud, benefiting from the latest Epicor manufacturing technology to drive operational efficiencies.
The company went live successfully in February 2024. Inspired by their migration success, Tawada Healthcare further implemented nine additional companies onto Epicor Kinetic, including a distributor of healthcare products and a health clinic.
The company has enjoyed measurable benefits: process automation, streamlined workflows, enhanced data analytics and accessibility, improved collaboration across departments, and the ability to scale and drive productivity.
By making the change to Kinetic deployed in the cloud across the entire company, Tawada Healthcare joins our other two champions in showing leadership, innovation, and commitment.
