At Insights Europe 2025, we celebrated three businesses that are leading the way and driving results with Epicor.
Stokvis Group are on a journey to position Epicor Kinetic at the centre of their business applications—driving integration, collaboration, and long-term continuity throughout the enterprise.
Transitioning from an AS/400 legacy system, the company is now using Kinetic to harmonise processes and streamline personnel exchanges across countries. The rollout continues across their 20-entity roadmap, with a full go-live targeted by mid-2027.
Since using Epicor Mobile Warehouse, Stokvis have seen improved inventory control, more accurate Bill of Materials, integrated inter-site transfers, and real-time tracking. They’ve enhanced their spare parts processes, thanks to better allocation rules and app-driven warehouse operations. They’ve also replaced their legacy Excel planning tools with MES and digital dashboards, giving real-time visibility into daily production.
For their disciplined execution and bold roadmap toward operational excellence, Stokvis Group are worthy winners of our 2025 Manufacturing Champion award.
Advanced design and manufacture fire safety solutions to the highest standards to protect people and property in over 80 countries. Advanced is part of Halma Group – a FTSE 100 listed global group of life-saving technology companies. A long-term Epicor customer, Advanced continue to seek new ways to streamline processes and serve customers better.
They upgraded to Epicor Kinetic and moved to the cloud to support their transformation goals and have made great strides in automating their shopfloor and processes. They have introduced Automation Studio to integrate Epicor with Sugar CRM, and to connect Epicor with their Essegi storage management system for electronics material handling. With Epicor Mobile Warehouse and handhelds, their inventory is now fully traceable.
Advanced have several projects in progress including streamlining and further automation of Order Fulfilment; introducing Return Material Authorisations functionality to replace an Access database and manual processes; and introducing case management and workflow to handle internal business processes such as Problem Action Reports.
Their journey continues with Epicor ECM empowering the company to be digital and paperless, supporting environmentally conscious manufacturing practices and enabling sustainability reporting across their operations.

Kingfield Electronics has grown from its founding member, Managing Director Nick Taylor, assembling PCBAs quite literally from the family home, into a successful contract electronics manufacturer supporting some of the world’s leading technology companies.
Early last year, Kingfield Electronics went live on Epicor Kinetic deployed in the cloud—moving away from an in-house system as part of a two-phase implementation that involved workforce buy-in and embracing change management. The second phase focused on a successful implementation of Epicor ECM. Epicor Kinetic supports Kingfield Electronics in boosting efficiency across its day-to-day operations and processes, which in turn leads to enhanced service for its high-profile customers. For example, quotes that used to require a week of calculations to build now take a couple of hours using the product configurator.
