Save Time and Increase Efficiency
- Electronic Catalog Image Downloads – Eliminates the need for physical media and provides more timely and efficient updates by automatically downloading catalog images directly to the server where they are available to distribute to each PC as needed
- Item Display Enhancement – Use the launch IMU button directly from the SKU Display dialog when viewing SKU details, streamlining your workflow by enabling quick access to pricing and margin analysis without switching screens
- New UPC Delete Viewer – Provides a more efficient way to manage and clean up outdated or incorrect UPCs in your inventory by deleting UPCs directly
- AP Assist Processing Viewer Enhancements – This new menu choice allows you to quickly launch the Scanned PO Document Viewer only available to retailers who have purchased the Document Scanning feature
- Document Scanning Enhancement – The “Acknowledgements” and “Proof of Delivery” document types are available when scanning documents, providing more document types for more efficient document organization
- House Hasson Electronic Receipt Posting (ERP) Enhancement – Add items to inventory directly from the PO Setup section– streamlining your workflow by reducing manual steps and helping you manage inventory more efficiently
Improve Tracking and Visibility
- New Option Changes Viewer – Now available to track all changed Eagle Options across users and store locations, improving tracking and providing greater visibility into your Eagle system
- Modify Item Promotion (MIP) Enhancement – The (MIP) Viewer now has a new column called “Last Physical,” improving tracking and visibility of physical inventory activities
- New Buyer ID Column – A new column called RV B.I. is now available in the AP Assist Processing Viewer to show the Buyer ID linked to each Purchase Order, improving your ability to track who placed each PO
Improve Data Accuracy and Completeness for More Informed Decision-Making
- Enhanced Inventory Import: View Posting Costs from CSV – When you import a Custom UPC List from a CSV file in Inventory Viewer, you can now view data in the new column, “Posting Cost”
- Credit Authorization Detail (CARD) Viewer Enhancement – The new “Other Amount” column displays the difference between the transaction amount and the authorization amount, providing a more comprehensive view of transaction details
- Enhanced Catalog Data Import – Import a wider range of products with greater accuracy and fewer manual corrections, now that the UPC field attribute is increased to 13 when mapping the data
