The Formula One has always been at the forefront of developing technology, technology is helping us to be more efficient, to focus on the really important tasks. The whole company is set up around only one single principle, trying to get our car to go faster. F1 is now very much an efficiency game. AI is able to open quite a few doors, which we probably never thought about opening.
Visa Cash App RB uses Epicor Kinetic, which is an ERP system and central to the production processes. An area where we found AI was actually primed to generate a ton of value for that group was to basically going from English to code. AI is a game changer, now you can speak to the computer, you can speak to the ERP and ask a question and it translates it into the language that it understands. That's what we call conversational ERP. The whole company is using Epicor starting from the car design team till the production line, logistics, purchase office, finance.
With Epicor ERP system, we have the tools and the systems to enhance our performance and give our fans a great racing and a great find in the Formula One midfield. AI will be used more and more to feed the design process of the car and to define distinguish what are the most interesting areas of development for the car.
When you have a lot of lines of code, it is very difficult to find the right place when you need something in the right line of code. With assistant, you can speed up your development because you have an assistant and during your daily work you also have access to all the code from other people to the team. Prism is automating a lot of basic tasks that we are now doing manually, and you can automate a lot and we can focus our attention into car’s performance. To build efficiency in our processes, to get faster, faster the racecar, and to get them in a positive way.
This is where AI is unlocking so many possibilities. Our strategy as a company is empowering the workforce, empowering the worker. We think AI is actually going to bring those superpowers to workers. The one who is more efficient, who is more lean, who is more agile, that one will actually find a competitive advantage, and that's where Epicor is playing a huge role.

The key for us is to make sure that our people, empowered to do their job in the best possible way that they are able to perform in the best possible way to get to his district API. And that's exactly what Epicor is helping us achieving. Working with Visa Cash App RB has been really interesting. The process was really all about this like forward deployed model of engineering where we come in, follow the workers here and really understand their day to day, and then really finding ways where AI or different kinds of automation can streamline different steps.
Specifically, problems in production and purchasing. We really honed in on because those are the things that really impact kind of that on track performance. We work together with you guys to implement something that can track it all over the time. You find some of the simulation that you would like to put on the car. You can immediately know, if you have the money to do that and the time resolution for that or not, that's for us is vital.
Having a technology partner like Epicor it is helping us driving all these forces and achieve this KPI. It's a core innovation. What folks here know is the problems that they face every day when they identify problems. What we do with our engineering teams is identify the how to solve them, by having a partner who sits down, listens to us and says, hey, I might have an idea from a different business that I've seen struggling with similar issues is also, again, beneficial to us.
